A Fantastic new retreat, completely renovated with new interior throughout.

Situated on the Caerhays Castle Gardens, its rural location is idyllic, with close proximity to Porthluny Beach a sandy flat beach, or Portholland beach where "The Boat House" is located.

The interiors are of the highest quality themed to a New England style with an antique twist and guests are prompted to reserve as quickly as possible due to high demand and peak season.

The Old Village Hall will accommodate 5 guests in three bedrooms.

Master Bedroom
King size bed and en-suite facility, TV in all bedrooms.

Single bedroom opposite large family bathroom, TV in all bedrooms.

The Kitchen
Equipped with all top quality appliances, 2 ovens for ease when preparing meals for large parties, American free standing fridge, granite worktops are a superb finish, TV in kitchen.

Lounge/ Dining room
A huge double aspect room with French doors leading to patio area and large lawned area, garden furniture, loungers and bbq are of course all supplied.

Wood burner (logs supplied) dominates this fantastic lounge with stunning deep sofas for relaxing in, or to chat to friend before dining. A second fireplace is also located in the dining area for added comfort and ease, even though The Old Village Hall is fully central heated.

Adjoining the lounge is a TV room, and study area for the working guest, with access to wireless broadband or just a quiet place to retreat to.

Niche Retreats, are now taking bookings for August 2008. The Old Village Hall is a Friday changeover.

Children are extremely welcome, and would enhance the spirit of the venue as "The Old Village Hall", once community centre for the locals and children stage productions, once more The Old Village Hall will be returned with the laughter and joy of children and guests.
