Designed on one level and surrounded by its own large garden with ample parking. It is ideal for families who want to experience the glorious countryside and beautiful beaches close by.

Open plan, the interiors have been done to an extremely high standard with oak flooring and open beamed ceilings, with deep seated sofa's and dining area.
Comfort for our guests is paramount, so not only has the Old Cart House full central heating, a wood burner has been installed for those cosy evenings in.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with top quality appliances including fridge/freezer, dishwasher and everything else one needs to create a culinary delight.

A stunning bedroom with King size bed and luxurious surroundings, hand picked furniture with views to the front, over looking a patio area and fields beyond.

Another stunning bedroom with views towards the same elevation. King size bed with hand picked furniture.

Bathroom has been finished with top quality fittings including both bath and separate shower.
Lots of fluffy towels and endless supply of hot water, makes this a perfect niche.
Garden
Large garden that surrounds the whole retreat, laid to lawn, edged with shrubs and looked after by Caerhays gardeners.
A patio area to the front for barbecue's has been provided. The sunniest location and a completely private retreat with ample parking for 2 to 3 cars.
