Caerhays is a working estate and any guests will enjoy the comings and goings of visitors exploring the grounds ( in public opening times )and also the pretty courtyard tea rooms are a welcome stop to  your garden walk.

Gardeners are kept busy with the upkeep of this prestigious Castle estate in spring and summer months and then Autumn brings the  shooting season with pheasants galore and the hustle and bustle of organised shoot days.

Whatever the season you choose to stay at "The Rabbit Warren" you are assured of an adventure in these historic surroundings. Glorious grounds and stunning beaches form part of this working Country Estate.

Old fashioned stone floor, butler sink, large area for coats, walking boots. Stairway leading to private retreat.

1st Floor Single Bedroom
This stunning bedroom with luxurious surroundings; handpicked furniture, beautiful fabrics with views over the castle courtyard.

Guest Bathroom
Situated on the same floor, with top quality fittings including original roll top bath and seperate shower.

Stairs lead to lounge
Large gothic windows with stunning views of castle turrets and glorious grounds.  The layout is of a galleried style with raised area with deep seated sofa for guests comfort.

Kitchen / Diner
A fully equipped kitchen / diner with microwave, fridge and washer dryer.

Master Bedroom
This stunning bedroom with king size bed.  Hand crafted curtain poles and beautiful fabrics, door leading to:

Master Bathroom
A huge bathroom with wet area for showering with deluge head and adjustable shower, also full size bath with hand shower, top quality fittings throughout.

Garden
Although The Rabbit Warren has no dedicated garden area, guests have full access to the castle gardens when open, Feb-May.  At other times arrangements will have to be made with the Estate office.  A car park pass is also available to our guests for the beach car park at Porthluney beach.
