A charming period cottage located just above the beach in the picturesque fishing village of Porthleven, with panoramic views towards Mounts Bay and beyond.

Lounge
This is a huge room extending the whole depth of the building. Featuring a beamed ceiling it is fully centrally headed but also has the benefit of a gas effect wood burner for those chill evenings. Deep, comfortable sofas and chairs and the comprehensive entertainment suite, which includes internet access, Sky DVD etc make this room the centre of activity in the evenings.

Kitchen / Dining
These areas together match the lounge in extending the whole depth of the building. The dining space is fitted with a huge table complimented by furnishings which create a perfect place to wine and dine. The kitchen is very spacious and is fitted with top quality branded appliances and comes fully equipped with utensils and crockery. Beyond the kitchen is a utility room which contains the washing machine, spin dryer etc. In days gone by this room would have been called the "Scullery".

Main bedroom (en-suite)
An extremely large room enjoying stunning sea views finished in restful fabrics to create a calm pleasant place to sleep. The en-suite facility, again spacious for purpose, features a deluge shower which leaves one so invigorated.

Guest bedroom
The same stunning sea views as the main bedroom are enjoyed from this room which is furnished with twin beds and soft fabrics to match.

Children's bedroom
Fitted with full size adult bunks, a fun room for the children.

Single room
Incorporating a 2'6" day bed, with masses of cushions, ideal for sleeping 1 or for use as a day "I just want to be on my own" room.

Bathroom
Adjacent to the day room is the family bathroom. What can one say about this room? It is functional with bath and shower over and all fittings are of the highest standard.

Patio
To the front of the retreat is a large patio area overlooking the beach and affording breathtaking views over the bay. This provides an ideal place for a barbeque or just lazing and letting the world go by!
