From the outside, Ocean View looks like a tiny cottage. Open the front door and you will find a bright, spacious retreat, with the most spectacular, unobstructed sea views. From all the main rooms you can watch the waves breaking on the beach, sunsets over the open ocean, and the coastline stretching away into the distance..

The interior has been dressed by our own design team with top quality furnishings and fabrics in restful colours throughout.

Ground Floor
Master bedroom
A huge, south-facing room, airy and full of light, which extends across the whole retreat. Wake to the sight and sound of the sea and surf: without moving from the king-size bed you have the benefit of glorious views, through the big picture windows, of the sea and coastline. There is a dressing area and a spacious en-suite bathroom. A private balcony offers the opportunity for early morning coffee outside, overlooking the waves, or a late-night look at the stars and the moon shining on the sea.

Guest bedroom 1
This smaller double room, with 4ft 6in bed, has its own en-suite shower room. Splendid views over the coastline, and furnishing with contemporary colours and fabrics, make it a very pleasing room.

Lower Ground Floor
Lounge
Carpeted stairs descend to the spacious lounge area, which has comfortable sofas and coffee tables, a window nook for one and the same spectacular sea views as the master bedroom. The dining area has an attractive table and chairs to seat six in comfort, a pretty dresser and double aspect views, with a door leading directly outside to the patio.

Guest bedroom 2
The third bedroom leads directly from the lounge. It has a full-size, comfortable 3ft divan bed with storage under, and is decorated in restful shades. The en-suite shower room also doubles as a downstairs cloakroom. (This bedroom is the only room in the house with no sea view.)

Kitchen
Even the kitchen has marvellous sea views, and of course comes fully equipped with top quality appliances and utensils maintained to the highest standards. It is a large, square kitchen, separate from but immediately next to the dining area.

Exterior
The patio is adjacent to both lounge and dining areas. Chairs, table and parasol as well as a barbecue are provided. Through a gate, steps from this patio lead down to a small, grassed area, ideal for a picnic looking out to sea, or somewhere for children to play in safety.

Car parking
There is a dedicated parking space for one vehicle adjacent to the retreat and there is further free parking within easy walking distance.
