The Coach House is furnished to the highest standards, complimented by the décor which has been created by our own design team. The bathroom fittings are of top quality whilst the kitchen if fitted with all the necessary appliances for today’s living.

Lounge

This huge south facing room with large windows with fantastic sea views. We have installed New England shutters so as to protect guests from strong sunlight  whilst dining, but without spoiling the amazing views. There is a large comfortable area together with a dining area for intimate dinners or family breakfasts with spectacular panoramic views.
Not forgetting that our retreats are open all year, a Scan cylindrical wood burner with logs supplied has been installed for cosy evenings. 

There is a Bose home cinema and surround sound system and wireless broadband and sky package. What more could you ask for to complete your leisure entertainment.

Guest Bedroom Ground Floor

A single bedroom with designer fabrics and pastel shades providing a cosy bedroom with all your comfort catered for.

Small Cloakroom

Consisting of toilet and wash basin, ideal for quests to use for a wash and shave, but with the convenience of a ground floor toilet.

Kitchen

Fully equipped with top quality appliances and back door to the garden area. This leads to a secure area for young ones where mum can keep an eye on them whilst preparing meals.

1^st Floor Master Bedroom

A huge south facing bedroom with private balcony and panoramic views. A 6ft bed and décor to reflect using designer fabrics, this outstanding bedroom can only assist in making your sleeping hours the best you have ever had.

Guest Bedroom

A 4ft 6in bed with limited sea views, but a bedroom where comfort is paramount for any guest that may use it.

Main Bathroom

Newly designed from scratch, with large separate power shower area and bath supplied from top quality brand Duravit, its taps to match. A bathroom that will fulfil any families bathing requirements.

Steps of varying levels lead to a well designed garden, designed by Chris green who specialises in coastal gardens, with raised flower beds and patio areas galore. You are sure to find your ‘Niche’. Fabulous and outstanding coastal views that will take your breath away are all part of the Coach House ambience.
