Roam its open spaces, it sea views and its thoughtful provisions for all. Welcoming up to three dogs, they’re more than amply provided for with bowls, blankets and balls, even a welcome treat awaits. The feature wood burner cleverly serves the sitting room and the conservatory providing cosy zones for all ages and preferences of pastime. The welcome hamper that awaits you in the kitchen is a brimming basket of goodies to speed up your relaxation and answer those post-travel hunger pangs. Come sleep time, everyone can retreat to sumptuously comfortable beds, although you may first squabble over who sinks into the corner bath for a soak beforehand.

If it is ever possible to exhaust games of hide and seek this sprawling gardens, step beyond it on to the Viking Coastal Trail, hit the beach, or venture further to Herne Bay Pier and the Roman remains of Reculver Towers.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

The master bedroom is a retreat all of its own with a super king bed and dual aspect views. The two other bedrooms are twins with two single beds. The six of you can choose between the wet room style shower room and travertine tiled family bathroom.
