Tucked away in the heart of Weymouth's historic harbourside sits Cobb Cottage. This quaint cottage has been lovingly renovated by its current owners from a former bookshop into a stunning holiday property. The location is perfect for exploring, with a selection of cafe's, restaurants and galleries all on your doorstep. You can step out of the front door onto the cobbled streets of Weymouth harbour. 

The ground floor comprises of an open plan living and dining area, with long bench table, chesterfield style settee and wood burning stove. The modern kitchen is flooded with natural daylight from skylights above. Up to the first floor is the master king size bedroom, with stripped wooden flooring and king size bed. The family bathroom is modern and stylish, with 'Jack and Jill' doors opening to the master bedroom and also the single bedroom next door. The second floor is home to a spacious loft room, with en-suite shower room. 

Cobb Cottage is perfectly located for exploring the local area and attractions, with a mix of independent coffee shops and plenty of eateries for all tastes from seafood to pub grub! From the cottage you can also reach Newton's Cove, a popular shallow water beach with rock pools for exploring, it is a firm favourite with locals all year round! Walk through the Nothe Gardens, soaking up the dramatic coastal scenery until you reach the Nothe Fort - built to defend the town in WWII. Take a trip further afield on one of the many boat trips that run from the harbour, explore sailing and watersports at Portland Marina or even pack a picnic and see where the day takes you. 

Kitchen: Flooded with natural light from skylights above, the kitchen is modern and well equipped, with beautiful tiles and a quality finish. Integrated appliances including fridge / freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, electric hob, two eye level fan ovens, one with a grill, one with a microwave.  

Living Room: Open plan and sociable, with feature wood burning stove, wall mounted TV, comfortable seating and a door leading to the courtyard. 

Dining Area: Bench seating, with low hanging feature lights, bay window and artwork.

3 Bedrooms: 1) 2nd floor bedroom with en-suite shower room, king size bed. 2) King size 'zip and link' bed that can be set as two single beds on request (please specify bed make up at the time of booking) vanity area, bay window with shutters, door to en-suite bathroom, built in storage. 3) Single bed, built in storage, door to en-suite bathroom shared with the next door bedroom.

2 Bathrooms: 1) Family bathroom on first floor, with 'Jack and Jill' doors which open out to each bedroom. Bathroom beautifully finished with bath and overhead rain shower as well as wand, wash hand basin, heated towel rail and W.C. 2) En-suite shower room which services the bedroom on the 2nd floor. 3) Ground floor cloakroom with wash hand basin and W.C.

Courtyard: Enclosed gravel courtyard with seating. 

Linen and towels provided: please bring your own beach towels.
