Think of a private drive that leads you ever closer to the crashing of waves on the seashore. How close to the beach could you be and who else, if anyone, will meet you there?

Shore serenity

Holiday home locations rarely come better than this. That private road leads to your beachside holiday retreat, Randview. You’ll be greeted first by the wraparound gardens with mature trees and shrubs that hide this property even further from sight. In the lushness of the grounds find a garden gate that’ll lead you to the beach, just 20 metres down gently sloping cliffs. Your seaside stay has begun.

Back at the house everything is on one level in this spacious and plushly presented pet friendly property. Hustle the family in to explore their home for the week. Roam its open spaces, it sea views and its thoughtful provisions for all. Welcoming up to three dogs, they’re more than amply provided for with bowls, blankets and balls, even a welcome treat awaits. The feature wood burner cleverly serves the sitting room and the conservatory providing cosy zones for all ages and preferences of pastime. The welcome hamper that awaits you in the kitchen is a brimming basket of goodies to speed up your relaxation and answer those post-travel hunger pangs. Come sleep time, everyone can retreat to sumptuously comfortable beds, although you may first squabble over who sinks into the corner bath for a soak beforehand.

If it is ever possible to exhaust games of hide and seek this sprawling gardens, step beyond it on to the Viking Coastal Trail, hit the beach, or venture further to Herne Bay Pier and the Roman remains of Reculver Towers.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

The master bedroom is a retreat all of its own with a super king bed and dual aspect views. The two other bedrooms are twins with two single beds. The six of you can choose between the wet room style shower room and travertine tiled family bathroom.

This is a great pace to relax and to enjoy coastal walks. Very comfortable, amazing views - we loved it here.

Mrs Jo A,

The property was one of the nicest we have stayed in and would definitely recommend to others. Hope to return for another visit.

Mrs M,

We had a lovely family holiday from the eldest 84yrs to the youngest 3 yrs. A Beautiful property in an excellent location, very child friendly with the safe garden. Hannah and her team her really helpful and wonderful welcome package thank you.

Mrs Teresa B,

So loved this property and its location. Wonderful garden, fantastic views and walks. Far enough away from the town to take advantage of not being overcrowded but near enough to walk to. Perfect for dog owners. A very friendly place to visit. Loved it so much we have booked again for next year.
