You, those lake views, and the bubbles. In your glass and all around you as you soak back and relax in absolute luxury. Miles of iconic vistas, luxury touches and supreme comfort. And all yours.

Ultimate Ullswater

A holiday right on the shore of Ullswater was always going to be special, but nothing quite prepares you for just how exceptional this one is. Get ready for a long, long list of ultimate extras that when they come together, they make the absolute holiday. And definitely, one that you’ll all remember forever.

Your elegant accommodation sits slightly above Ullswater (and yes, that shoreline below is just for you) in the midst of the emblematic Lakeland fells. Glorious views come standard and from everywhere in the house. And we mean literally that – from your hot tub, barbecue, lounger, sofa, roll top bath, dining seat and even your kitchen sink.

Then there are the designer touches. Exquisite doesn’t come close – think beautiful wallpapers, sumptuous sofas, sleek appliances, mood lighting, integrated sound systems, quirky details… all perfectly placed to offer absolute comfort and convenience as you enjoy those lakes and fell views.

Move on to the luxury extras. Your very own spa, so inviting in Mediterranean blue and ready for some serious relaxation. All you need to do is decide whether to enjoy the spa or the hot tub first – mix them up to see which suits you best. And of course, the hot tub enjoys infinity lake views. Should (and this is a big should) you tire of possibly the best water and mountain views in England, pop into your cinema room where colourful super-size seating guarantees cosy front-row viewing.

Down on the shoreline, you’ll find your own boathouse complete with jetty. And if you didn’t come by car and park in your private spot, your helicopter has room enough on the helipad.

But there is one tiny downside to Waternook – no one will ever want to leave. Not least your furry friends who get their own mountain views and underfloor heating. We told you this was special.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Waternook has six spacious bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor. Each is individually designed with mood lighting and views. All come with en suites, in porcelain and stone, and with those views.

Together with The Great Barn, Waternook can be booked to accommodate up to 18 people.
