This bath/shower room is also accessed off the main hall area and includes a staircase leading to the first floor bedroom.

Swimming pool and hot tub: Use of pool and hot tub both set in a delightful courtyard. Open Air pool is available for 3 hours each day 9am -12 noon, heated May - September. Hot tub is available all year.  Please note that from the beginning of October to the end of April the hot tub will be available from 9.00 a.m. - 3.00 p.m. 

Outside: Private garden with pergola, lawn, garden furniture and use of the hot tub from 4.00 p.m. – 10.00 p.m. daily.
Parking: Dedicated parking for up to four cars.
Heating: Underfloor heating and wood burner.
Also provided: Towels. Books and games. Hairdryer. Welcome pack.
Notes: This is a non-smoking property. Please be aware there is a refundable house keeping deposit of £500 payable to the owner on arrival. Mobile reception – variable. 

Old Oaks Barn is close to the celebrated Georgian market town of Reepham, which has been designated a Conservation Area and is surrounded by beautiful countryside. Impressive properties line the hub of the town and there are two excellent spots to eat here, The Dial House and The Kings Arms. Independent local shops surround Market Place and on the outskirts of the town there is a small supermarket.  The Marriott's Way is close by and offers lovely walks and cycling routes both here and in the surrounding countryside beyond. With the beautiful North Norfolk coast, The Broads National Park and the fine city of Norwich all just a short drive away, you will not be lacking in things to do.
