The Cart House is a beautiful Cornish gem for a couple looking for that special getaway. Rumored to have been used by Sir Walter Raleigh to house his horses and cart during his time as elected burgess of the borough of Mitchell. Stylishly converted and flooded with natural light, this lovely property offers spacious open-planned accommodation with exposed beams and comfy leather sofas. The kitchen is well equipped with quality appliances, where you can keep company at the breakfast bar whilst enjoying a glass of wine, or, if you fancy, visit The Plume of Feathers, just 2 minutes’ walk away; a renowned dog-friendly pub serving up country-pub fare. The Cart House is situated in a perfect location to access and explore the whole of Cornwall with both the north and south coast within easy striking distance.
Kitchen/Dining & Lounge Area: Two built in electric ovens (one combines as a microwave), ceramic hob, dishwasher, integrated fridge/freezer, wine cooler, large breakfast bar, table and chairs, 55” Smart TV. Additional JAY-BE children’s beds available on request.
Bedroom: 6' Super King bed (can be unzipped to form 3' twins, please order in advance), free standing shelves and hanging rack, 43” Smart TV.
Shower Room: Dual thermostatic shower, heated towel rail, basin, electric mirror, shaver point, w.c.
GARDEN & PARKING: Allocated parking space for one car on paved area in driveway.
Changeover Day: Friday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am
Pet Welcome: Maximum 1 x Adult Dog, £25 per week

Lovely property that was very warm and cosy. Loved staying here and will be back in the future!
Amazing place, not much to do in the village but 15 minutes away from 4-5 beaches. 100% would go again!
