Georgian elegance

Room after room of individual design and clever use of print, pattern and colour. The original Georgian house has been extended sympathetically to provide an impressive five bedroom home with delightful entertaining space. Impeccably dressed, colour marks each room in an individual and unique way. The sitting room calls for calm and the eclectic sofas and armchairs collude beautifully around a fabulous fireplace and warming woodburner. A separate drawing room exudes elegance with its writing bureau for inspirational Bronte moments. The dining room simply calls you to dine and leads to a big and bright kitchen brimming with natural light.

The beautiful tile floor of garden room steers will stop you in your tracks en route to a multi-level and spacious terrace. Al fresco suppers are a must to make use of the large dining table and barbecue here. While the one welcome dog will enjoy roaming the generous lawned garden. A vast wet room is designed with surfers and sandcastle fans in mind upon return from the beach.

This corner of North Devon welcomes fans of the surf and long sandy beaches. Croyde and its surfer-magnet cove are on your doorstep. Enjoy this wonderful home with family or friends; it’s designed with groups and entertaining in mind.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

There are five individually styled bedrooms that interiors buffs will be torn over and each room has a countryside view to savour. You’ll find one of these tucked away downstairs. One the first floor the master bedroom with its king size bed has a fabulous en suite as does a double bedroom along the hall. The two remaining bedrooms can be presented either as twin rooms or super king beds - just let us know your preference at time of booking. The bold use of colour continues in the tongue and groove panelling of the bathroom with its heavenly slipper bath; there’s a separate shower here too. Need extra space?...The Barn is a luxury newly built renovation sleeping 2, located next to Hillside. With its own parking and separate entrance, the Barn provides the perfect 'quiet' retreat away from the main house.
