Individual luxury
This striking holiday home with its unique sense of style is truly impressive. It’s a place to play - and then rest in luxury. As you first explore the house, you’ll be treated to sea and estuary glimpses from the house, and when you venture down to the waterfront, you’ll find a gorgeous views across to the fishing village of Appledore.
Make yourself at home in the enormous kitchen. It’s equipped with a wine cooler and two fridges. The sophisticated dining room opens out into a striking, spacious conservatory. This space is cleverly heated and cooled to maintain the perfect temperature, whatever the season. There is ample space here for everyone to spread out. Perhaps you’ll read on the sofa for a while, or enjoy a game of chess by the window. Whatever the mood dictates.
There’s no shortage of entertainment in this enjoyable house. Children of all ages will be thrilled to discover not only a huge television and Wii2 console, but also giant Jenga and boules. You’ll sink into the huge sofas in the welcoming sitting room with its snug feel, dark feature wall and modern letterbox gas fire. When the sun shines, throw open the French doors from the conservatory to the gardens. Crack open a bottle and step into the delightful hot tub in its private spot in the mature, lush gardens. You’ll have earned it after a day out at the beach, or touring the sweet fishing villages in the area.
Instow is a renowned centre for watersports and here you are just moments from the waterfront and the sand dunes of the stunning beach.
