Description

Oh my, that view. Reach just a little further and you could almost touch the sand. Cool, contemporary, beach house living is here. Gather your friends to celebrate at this gorgeous Pembrokeshire pad.

Pembrokeshire panorama

180-degree views stretch across the almost-white sands of Saundersfoot, the Gower Peninsula and this spectacular stretch of National Park coastline. It’s a bit of a rarity inside too. Architecturally contemporary, inside-out living it paramount at Garth. Three sets of sliding patios doors lead you from the crisp comforts of inside to the designer terrace and gardens. A dedicated sun lounge, a modern day orangery of sorts, stretches the length of the rear of the house calling to you take a seat or dine here, whether breakfast or supper. And then there’s a separate sun room too.

The sun lounge peels off a spacious open plan kitchen diner, TV lounge cum snug and separate cinema room. The crisp white kitchen has all your essentials for stashing pantry basics and snacks as well as ample fridge space for an evening’s fizz, wine or beer.  The low hung lighting over the dining table creates the perfect dinner party ambience once the kids are asleep or consumed by a movie in the cinema room. Should you need it, a stairgate is provided at the bottom of the stairs.

Wondering just how quickly you can get you and yours to that beach? A 5-minute stroll should do it, stragglers included. Four-legged friends are welcomed at the discretion of the home owner, so please let us know if you’re seeking a pet-friendly holiday in Saundersfoot.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Five spacious bedrooms call the troops to sleep easy when bedtime comes around. The rather special master suite has its own set of sliding door leading to a private covered balcony and spectacular ocean views. Step back inside to the sumptuous comfort of a super king size bed and en suite shower room. An almost identical second super king with en suite shower room also enjoys sea views. Three more bedrooms proffer two doubles and a twin, and the family bathroom presents separate bath and shower.

Mrs Angela P,

Fantastic views and particularly liked being able to hear the waves breaking at night with the bedroom window ajar. Plenty of room to find somewhere quiet/private to sit, Great property, comfy beds, wonderful views when relaxing in the house, sounds of the sea at night when windows open - all perfect and didn't want to come home!.
