Description

Oozing luxury. Sprawling space. Touch after touch of guest consideration. Collect your jaw from the floor and step inside this immaculate and impressive holiday rental for large groups and families.

Modern magnificence

Abersoch is renowned for its impressive standalone properties and Hafan Dawal is no different. Except, that is, that it combines the ultimate luxury of indoor and outdoor space with contemporary yet homely design, and there’s little if anything to leave you wanting. Sharp lines and sleek finishes abound in the build and interiors. You’re spoilt for choice of places to rest your feet from the extensive outdoor terrace to the handful of reception rooms immersed in its open plan layout.

A striking brick fireplace links two sitting rooms that sweep into a grand kitchen with long breakfast bar and roomy formal dining area. Both of these spaces lead through patio doors onto the vast terrace with yet another dining area for those glorious summer nights. Wine fridge and coffee machine are just two of the kitchen provisions loved by guests, while contemporary copper hints in the decor are top notch. Seeking some privacy head to a separate living room cum snug. And the ground floor is complete with utility and loo.

The granite and decked terrace leads to a roughly grassed areas where any children and the two welcome pets can run amok but for the stream that passes through. There’s no shortage of parking for the 14 guests this home can accommodate.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

The stunning staircase leads to the first floor with four of the six bedrooms and a family bathroom. The en suite master bedroom has a king size bedroom and French doors opening onto an oak and glass balcony. There are two further doubles, one en suite, and then a fabulous children’s room with built in bunks sleeping four. The bathroom is equally impressive with its standalone bath and separate shower area with two rain showers. Up to the second floor where the landing acts as a snug cum chill-out zone complete with Xbox. The two double bedrooms up here each an en suite shower rooms.
