Description

Watch the sunset from the hot tub. Admire the islands from the loungers. Contemplate Cardigan Bay from the infinity terrace. Gaze at the stars from your French-style king-size bed. Relax, you’ve arrived.

Sumptuous Seascapes

From the moment you draw up at this stunning modern home you’ll notice it’s all about the details. Fine elegance in the design, decoration and all the myriad little touches catch your eye at every turn. Exquisite floorboards in oak, a noble wood also featured in the striking mantlepiece and in the bedrooms. Sleek furniture coordinated to perfection with the neutral and blue colour palette.

Nods to the sea and coastline on the skyline beyond come in the stone and slate bathrooms whose design is simply breathtaking. In the designer driftwood coffee tables. In the granite countertops in the kitchen. And from every picture window in the house.

You’ll be catching your breath outside too where panoramic views take in the ocean, Cardigan Bay and the lofty peaks of Snowdonia behind. Come in winter and your view comes topped with the whitest snow. Welsh slate takes centre stage in the exterior spaces complete with hot tub, decking area, terrace with loungers and glass infinity terrace. All with their own sea views.

To see that water for real, just take the gentle stroll down to the beaches, some of the finest in Welsh and yours to explore. On the way back, enjoy a drink or two at the traditional village pub although the views just aren’t the same. So head back to that hot tub and those terraces. Did someone say champagne?

Bedrooms and bathrooms

It’s more of the same sleek elegance throughout the four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The ground-floor master affords the best sea views and there’s an indulgent family shower room on this floor too. Upstairs yet another master offers the luxury you’re starting to get very accustomed too plus two more spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Reviews

An outstanding property finished to the highest standards. Simply fabulous and just amazing! We had a fabulous week and will be booking again. Thank you !!

Mr David L,

The only downside was the house could have been cleaner, under beds and settees very grimy, only noticed as we kept dropping lego. Other than that very pleased.
