Description

High above the glorious golden sands of Abersoch lies a house of privacy, style and utterly heart-rending views over the azure waters below. Welcome to your little slice of Welsh wonder.

Feel the call of the sea

Picture yourself enjoying croissants and coffee one sunny summer’s morning at Y Ty Pren. The view, over the cliffs and sparkling waves across Cardigan Bay to the Snowdonia mountain range, is magnificent, and you throw open the roof terrace windows onto the glass-fronted balcony to get a better look and feel the cool sea breeze on your face.

Or perhaps you’ve just returned from an afternoon’s swimming and dozing on the golden shore to enjoy a barbecue and glass of bubbles on the private patio in the shade of the ash tree and cherry blossom. Momentarily, a songbird lands on the fronds of a palm tree, a butterfly drifts across your view beneath the cloudless sky, and you couldn’t possibly be any more relaxed. Maybe you’ll saunter out to the nearby tearooms a little later. Perhaps you’ll never move from this spot. You haven’t quite decided yet.

Back inside, the luxurious leather sofa is inviting you to curl up in front of the wood burner and get cosy for the evening. The effortlessly cool kitchen is modern and refined, and the perfect place to get creative with your cooking or lay out a spread from a local restaurant to enjoy together.

Make Y Ty Pren your Abersoch sanctuary and enjoy the perfect place for an idyllic beach holiday, a stone’s throw from the main beach and a short walk to secluded Traeth Porth Ceiriad. Practical touches like the outdoor heated shower are waiting to be discovered throughout, while a table tennis table is there to keep the playful entertained.

Bathrooms and bedrooms

There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms at Y Ty Pren. The master bedroom has a super-king bed, the second has a king-size bed and the third is a twin room. There is a family shower room and luxury family bathroom with feature freestanding bath.

Reviews

Thank you so much for allowing us to stay. It was a welcome and much needed rest while our permanent home was (and sadly remains) unavailable due to building work stalled by coronavirus.

Ms L S,

Perfect property in the perfect location, views are outstanding.
