Description
Gaze out over far reaching sea views. Pour a glass of something cold and retire to the fabulous hot tub. Climb a mountain, explore the beaches, coves and nooks. Make yourselves at home.
Modernly rural
From the moment you enter Ty Llewelyn you’ll know you’ve arrived somewhere with an extra splash of style. Exquisite finishing and bold touches give this modern family home the luxury edge. There’s an almost urban feel to the communal living areas, a slick style you can slide ride into. The owner has injected a touch of their own personality into this contemporary home, with bold artworks and bright red leather sofas.
Going up the stairs, you’ll discover a stunning open plan sitting room, kitchen and dining room. Cleverly divided, the spacious room offers a bright sitting area with patio doors leading you out onto a first floor balcony with far reaching sea and countryside views. The large and sociable, well equipped kitchen will wow you, with sleek high gloss pale grey units.
Outdoors, on the gravel patio area decorated with pretty pots, you’ll be aching to sink into the hot tub - morning, noon and night to bask in the unrivalled views. You’ll be happy to find it would be hard to beat the indoor entertainments on offer, with an action packed games room furnished with high quality pool table, Xbox with games and Extreme Lounging bean bags which you’re welcome to carry into the garden.
On an energetic day, perhaps you’ll climb Snowdon, take a walk along the renowned Coastal Path or a splash about at one of the LlÅ·n Peninsula's many other unspoilt beaches and coves including Porth Towyn, Penllech Beach, Porth Ysgaden, Porth Colmon, as well as Morfa Nefyn and Nefyn beaches. When it’s time for some refreshments, you’ll be pleased to find a family friendly pub, The Lion Hotel, just a few hundred yards away.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Squishy beds are the centrepiece of three individually styled bedrooms to sleep six guests. A contemporary bathroom and further shower room fit the bill. A high chair and travel cot make light work of travelling with children.
