Description

Gawp at the incredible views from the balcony, the sitting room, the bedroom and kitchen. Spot rare migrating birds. Sink into a downward dog. Star gaze. Be awed by nature in all its glory, while you revel in luxury.

Outside, in

This house has it all - it’s a dream for interiors buffs and nature lovers alike. You’ll see immediately that the owner has not be shy of making this personal, with her seriously classy style embedded throughout this recently refurbished property. You’ll be drawn instantly to the floor to ceiling windows that frame the fabulous landscape outside. The beautiful Glaslyn Estuary and the coastline at Porthmadog is a source of life and fascination below, and the mountains in the distance draw your eye out and up. Huge skies lift the spirits.

Rising up the stairs you’ll discover a huge open-plan living room with architectural feature windows running the length of the space. Light pours in to this wonderful contemporary living area, furnished in pale woods and muted seaside tones. Unique artworks are dotted around, lending this space the personal touch you’ll only find in luxury properties. Huge sofas, a wireless sound system and heated wooden floor make this space a relaxed, luxury landing pad for the whole party. Throw open the patio doors to the long deck outside, where you’ll be soaking up the sunset views later.

You’ll see the kitchen has everything you need with steam oven and warming drawer - lareg american style fridge freezer. Pop a bottle or two in now in preparation for downtime later. When it’s time to shine, challenge someone to a game of table tennis in the games room!

A slipway for boats and mooring and launching can be arranged for sea-going guests. Take a short stroll to Porthmadog for shops, pubs and restaurants, as well as the Marina, Ffestiniog and Welsh Highland Steam Railways, golf club. Rare and migrating sea birds abound in the Glaslyn Estuarys, and walks, cycle routes, mountains and beaches are all on your doorstep.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

It will be hard to crawl out of the super king size bed placed as it is, right in front of full-height windows. Stretch out in the yoga and relaxation space. Three other huge bedrooms come with beautiful attached bathrooms.  Young children should be supervised, although there is no direct access to the harbour walls
