Reviews

We have become regular users of Original Cottages and have come to expect high standards. Bwthyn Caerdeon was the best to date. A beautiful cottage, in a stunning location.

Mrs C,

We returned for another stay at this lovely cottage this year and weren't disappointed as it's in a lovely quiet place near so many attractions for walking, cycling, beaches or places to visit such as Bodnant and Portmerion, and the cottage is so comfortable, clean and well-equiped. We'll definitely be back again in future!

Mrs B,

Great peaceful location with excellent facilities and decor

Mr G,

Lovely cottage in a quiet location and just right for the two of us. Gorgeous walk that started just down the road and went up into the hills which gave fantastic views across the estuary to Cadair Idris and down to the bridge between Fairbourne and Barmouth. Very easy for getting to the Mawddach Trail, into the Rhinogs, for cycling around Coed-Y-Brenin or for restaurants in Dolegallau or Barmouth. Would definitely recommend!

Mrs B,

Bwthyn Caerdeon was a brilliant little holiday cottage. The downstairs living room and kitchen were great, they were both decorated brilliantly, and had everything we needed in them. The bedroom was amazing, with its wardrobes and lovely bathroom. We really enjoyed staying it, everything was to a high spec and was very clean and tidy. The outside patio was nice as well, and we enjoyed being next to the stream.

Ms J,

The cottage was immaculate and very well equipped, in a quiet wonderful location. Loved the cottage and the lovely welcome gift of Welsh goodies- thank you!
