Burncoose House is available for one off special occasions to fully catered breaks and outside catering services. Water sports and other outdoor pursuits and activities can be arranged. Dining Room: Accessed from either the hallway or the kitchen, this stylish dining room can comfortably seat up to 16 people at its magnificent mahogany table. Full length sash windows overlook the sweeping lawns to the front of the house and an open fireplace.
Library: 55" Smart TV with Sky Package, as well as having the facility to use a large projector/cinema screen if required. Conferencing facilities.
Kitchen/Breakfast Room: Falcon range cooker with ceramic hob and double oven, Neff American-style fridge/freezer and convection oven/microwave, underfloor heating.
Utility Room: Washing machine, tumble dryer, basin.
Cloakrooms: There is a WC just off the entrance hallway as well as another handy WC near the rear courtyard.
Courtyard: Off the rear hallway you can access the courtyard which benefits from the real luxury of a large hot tub.

A spacious front terrace adjacent to the conservatory provides the perfect place for an evening aperitif and the private courtyard to the rear, with the luxurious hot tub, is a perfect place to relax. Patio furniture and BBQ. 38 acres of mature gardens and expansive lawns. Ample parking available.
Changeover Day: Friday - arrival 4:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Pets Welcome: Up to 2 dogs are welcome.
Power and Heat: Heating and electricity included in the rent.
Bedding and Linen: Linen and towels included, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: Travel cot and highchair provided.
