What we love about this property?. Just built in 2020, this property is new, modern and truly has the wow factor throughout. Every little detail has been thought of to create the most spectacular space. Not only that, it is under a minutes’ walk from the sandy Southwold shores and only 5 minutes’ walk from the town centre.

Open Plan Kitchen/Sitting/Dining Room: Stunning room with sliding doors opening out across this large room and leading out onto the decked terrace garden. Southwold Denes - Southwold Denes stretches from Gun Hill to the harbour's mouth and acts as a vital sea defence for the town. Suffolk Coasts and Heaths are working with several agencies to restore and maintain the area. And a very important area it is. It is the home of skylarks and little terns (please be careful not to disturb the nests) and the habitat of sea holly, sea pea and bird's foot trefoil to name a few. Our properties here enjoy the sunrise over the sea and stunning sunsets over the marshes.
