Stay at Victoria Heights and you’ll have the town’s independent shops, cafes, pubs and the popular Swan Hotel are right on the doorstep. Stroll along the prom with its pastel shade beach huts, and visit the iconic pier and harbour -  the perfect base for a Southwold holiday.

Why we love this property... the views from the balcony are awesome, a great place to sit with a coffee and gaze over the rooftops to the iconic lighthouse. A perfect retreat with all amenities on the doorstep. 

The entrance door opens to a small hallway with a carpeted staircase leading up to the apartment.

From here there are two steps down to the Kitchen Area: high quality kitchen units and modern appliances. There is an electric oven and gas hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer dryer, double doors to the Balcony which offers outside seating.
Office space: equipped with a desk and chair.
Bedroom 1: king size bed, feature fireplace, wardrobe, chest of drawers, Clare Norcross lampshade. This bedroom also has an En-Suite Shower Room with shower cubicle, washbasin and wc.
Bedroom 2: 3ft twin beds with quality oak furniture.
Bedroom 3: 3ft twin beds with a chest of drawers.
Family Bathroom: white suite with bath, over-bath shower, washbasin and wc with white tiling and two mirrors.

Outside: Balcony with table and chairs. Shed available for storing beach equipment and bikes.

Southwold Central - The properties located in central Southwold are all within minutes of the market place, with the elegant Swan Hotel, an excellent range of small shops including a greengrocers with fresh local produce, family butcher and delicatessen. The upper promenade is ideal for a peaceful stroll at any time of the year and provides quick access to the beach and of course, the lighthouse in the town is a good landmark. There is also easy access to the common and a nearby footpath takes you down to the harbour with the foot ferry to Walberswick (summer only). Don't forget that the beach is never very far away!
