In the neighbouring villages of Laxfield and Huntingfield, there are popular public houses. Cratfield is well placed for enjoying visits to the towns of Framlingham and Halesworth, whilst a visit to the Heritage Coast and the popular seaside town of Southwold are just a short drive away.
Surrounding the village are open country walks just waiting to be explored, which will take you across some of Suffolk’s most beautiful countryside no matter the time of year.
For a greater selection of shops, pubs, and restaurants why not take the short drive to nearby Halesworth.
