Relax in style where elegant simplicity reigns supreme. Every space breathes sumptuous tranquillity taking your seaside break to glorious luxury comfort. All you need to do is sit back but most of all, enjoy.
Prepare yourself for a supremely elegant surprise as you step inside this terraced house where chic simplicity reaches soaring heights. Feast your eyes on French antiques, fine marble and glorious chandeliers while keeping a look out for the copper details in every room. A seaside getaway has never looked this good.
Exquisite taste comes standard in the Copper House. Making the most of the natural light – we are by the sea after all – all the spaces are bright and airy, and oh so elegant. The living room combines an uber-comfy sofa with an antique fireplace against a feature brick wall and topped with a golden mirror (very Louis XV) that reflects the central copper lamp.
Tantalisingly just beyond the French doors lies the charming patio, a secret sunspot complete with olive trees and just right for a spot of al fresco dining. Back inside in the galley kitchen, white and grey marble sits elegantly next to sleek subway tiles, a perfect backdrop for the copper details. See how they glisten in the drawer pulls, the tap, the wine rack, storage pots… before they sparkle into the line-up of copper pendants over the adjacent dining area. The French doors open fully onto the patio combining the two spaces in simple harmony.
Upstairs, the fine elegance continues. Each and every bedroom offers comfortable simplicity but with a graceful touch of sophistication. Think muted greys, whites and creams on beds you just can’t wait to sink into; gently sparkling chandeliers; gilded mirrors reflecting the luxury; and of course, those little copper details.
Not to be outdone, the bathrooms too shine and brightly. Stone, marble and wood take centre stage along with the dash of copper, all blending effortlessly in spaces that you’d only dream of in the most elegant of hotels. Yet, here they are and they’re yours.
Step outside again and you’ll find the delights of Brighton, literally on the doorstep. Enjoy the sights and sounds of this quintessentially English seaside town, all within a short and easy walk. Best of all? All that elegant simplicity waiting for you on your return.

The property is very pretty inside and quite charming
“Beautiful, clean house with plenty of space for a large group. Location was quiet and easy walking to town and beach. Very easy check-in. I would highly recommend it.”
Amazing property and so well equipped.
We had a fantastic holiday
We enjoyed our 6 day visit of Brighton. It is a nice decorated little cottage in a quiet central top location, which was ideal for our short stay. Perfect short walks to beach, local amenities & nearby supermarkets. Easy check-in and out with very helpful & friendly staff of host on the phone. The property has comfortably cosy sleeps for up to 8 people. For 10 people you need the sofa bed in the open plan area. The shower facilities in the basement are of very good standards. All in all we had a happy short break!
“What a lovely place to stay. It was as described, very stylish, very comfortable and close to center. We had a small problem with a radiator and after phoning Brighton letting we had someone come to fix the problem within 45 minutes. Couldn’t ask for better service. Would definitely go back. We had a fantastic time.”
It is a beautiful property...
Wonderful property in a perfect location, but quiet with very little noise at night. Would recommend buying a parking permit if you have a car at all, as parking really is a problem. Would love to rent this property again. I was really impressed with Best of Brighton. Their knowledge of the properties available was excellent, and all contact I had with them was efficient and friendly.
We had a wonderful stay in a very beautiful house. Amazing decor and very comfortable. Would love to go back again. The Copper House is a very cool and comfortable house, ideally situated for the beach, the Pavilion and town. We are a family of 8, different ages and all loved the house and our Brighton stay. Definitely reccomend staying in this house. Thank you, the ‘Griswards’.
