The 42” TV with Sky package should entertain all ages as necessary, or there’s an iPad for your use should a debate break out. A discreet dining area leads to a spacious, bespoke made and fitted kitchen with steam oven and quartz worktops. The workspace with 5 ring Neff hob looks into the living area ensuring nobody feels abandoned rustling up a feast.

Outside a raised terrace promises yet more views over your current location - a happy spot for budding artists, an equally enjoyable place of repose over that first coffee of the day or post dinner digestif. Out and about in St Ives, independent boutiques, galleries and delicious eateries will fall at your feet. Up on the hills wend your way to the lookout for views as far reaching at Trevose Head on a clear day.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Three bedrooms are split across the ground and second floors. The master suite presides over the second floor with stylistic impact and ultimate comfort.
