Harbourside Apartment 2 is a stunning Four Star Gold property overlooking Whitby harbour and is a total new build, completed in 2021, with new kitchen, bathrooms, fittings and furnishings. This lavish and spacious property is modern and tastefully decorated to a high standard. With plenty of space in the living area and two good sized bedrooms, the master with a modern en-suite, you will love staying here, the interior only bettered by the fantastic views of the harbour and out to sea. It would be easy to spend hours watching the boats sail by from the perfectly placed seats in the bay windows.
Harbourside Apartment 2 can be rented in conjunction with Harbourside Apartment 3 (on the third floor), which has one double bed and a bed settee, should you require more space. Please see details for Harbourside Apartment 3.
On the south side of the harbour only minutes from the 199 steps which take you up to the historic Whitby Abbey the location is perfect to explore the old town of Whitby and take in the numerous bars and restaurants. Whitby is a very popular seaside town retaining old world character and has lots of events throughout the year. Whatever your interests there is something for everyone in the locality, historic castles, even older abbeys, museums, farms, walking, cycling, superb local markets with the very best Yorkshire produce.

GROUND FLOOR PRIVATE ENTRANCE
Entrance Door: Enter into hallway leading to stairs. Take the first flight up then turn and the next stairs take you to the door of the apartment, on the second floor.
Enter into the apartment hallway: Two steps down and then three steps up to the living area
Open Plan Kitchen/Lounge/Diner: Spacious well-equipped kitchen with contemporary units and granite work surfaces. Built in electric oven and five ring gas hob with hood over, integrated dishwasher and washer dryer, microwave and fridge freezer. There is a beautiful glass fronted cabinet housing all the crockery. There are lovely views towards the swing bridge through the kitchen window. This area has a tiled floor and leads onto the large lounge dining area with wooden floor. The corner sofa is ideal for relaxing after a day out sightseeing or sit on one of the chairs placed in the bay ideal to look out over the harbour. There is a large screen Smart TV set in a modern shelving unit and a lovely coffee table.
Sit down at the large table with six chairs to enjoy a meal and make plans for the next day.
