Description

The Byre is an amazing romantic getaway for couples situated on the outskirts of the popular village of Ruswarp, just three miles from Whitby. Beautifully decorated and presented, furnished to a very high standard, the cottage is a charming and attractive choice for a truly memorable Honeymoon or a holiday for two. It offers some lovely country views and private parking. The Byre may be used together with The Barn (WA006) and The Cottage (WA007).

GROUND FLOOR
Entrance: Into a hallway. Attractive wooden stairs to the first floor. Under stairs cupboard.
Bedroom: King-size bed, wardrobe, dressing table, concertina doors.
En suite: Bath, shower over the bath, toilet, washbasin, heated towel rail.
Separate shared laundry outside: Washing machine, tumble dryer.

FIRST FLOOR
Lounge/Kitchen/Dining Room: Smart TV and DVD, iPod docking station,  woodburner, two large swivelling armchairs which may not be suitable for elderly people, concertina sliding doors. Balcony with table and chairs. Dishwasher, fridge and freezer, a full-size electric cooker with induction hob, microwave, dining table and chairs.

Pets: Sorry, no pets.
Parking: Private parking for one car.
Garden/Patio: Patio with outside seating, balcony with table and chairs.
Heating: Under-floor heating and woodburner (start-up fuel provided).
Short breaks: Accepted anytime.
