Niche Retreats are all about the care we take to make sure your holiday is just the one you want. Naturally, if all you require is to arrive and be left in peace for the duration of your holiday, then that's fine too. The point of the way we work is not to offer all our guests an identical service, but rather to tailor what we do to suit your requirements. We have a hardworking team with a great deal of experience, and we're as eager to please as we are difficult to faze. All we need is for you to tell us exactly how you'd like things to be.

As with many other holiday operators, we are currently receiving an extremely high number of phone calls and emails. Whilst we are doing our very best to answer as many of these as quickly as we can, it does mean that we are unfortunately unable to deal with any direct queries as quickly as we would like. If you have a booking affected by Lockdown and/or Firebreak restrictions, you are able to quickly and easily amend your booking in your customer account without needing to speak to a member of our team. 

Any customers unable to take their booked holidays due to Covid-related legal restrictions have the following options:

  • Transfer your holiday to new dates, free of charge.
  • Get a credit voucher for the amount previously paid for your booking, to spend on any Original Cottages break, to take place before the end of 2022.

Further, to the above, you would also be entitled to cancel your booking and receive a refund of the amount already paid for the holiday.
