Description
Space in spades. Views that go on and on. Outdoor pursuits begging you to venture over the threshold of your heavenly place of repose for a few days or a week. Cornwall calls; let’s go.
Golfer’s haven
Step inside. Stylish interiors. Spacious rooms. Light bouncing from window to wall. Look out and expansive estuary views entice your gaze. On the outside, this wall of glass promises modernity and contemporary flourishes. The interiors and the layout don’t disappoint. Optimising the views of the Camel Estuary at every opportunity completes the treat.
An open living space across the ground floor draws you through the sitting room with its floor to ceiling windows and striking deer artwork adorning the walls. Here open slat stairs lead to the first floor and into a social kitchen diner. Continue through to the sun room and patio, either of which answers your call for warmth from the sun, whatever the season. Sneak away from the hubbub for some time to yourself on the second floor where a second lounge awaits. Here the panoramic estuary views really come into their own. There is a TV here, we’re just not sure it’ll have your undivided attention.
Golfing holidays in Cornwall rarely offer this level of luxury alongside such immediate access to a handful of renowned courses as well as options galore beyond the 19th hole once sorrows have been sunk and victories recorded. Within 20 minutes of the house you’ll find Trevose, Point at Polzeath and St Enodoc to put your handicap to the test. Pack your bags, pile your clubs in the car and secure your tee off time.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Making the most of the views, the bedrooms are laid out on the first and second floors. The master suite on the first floor epitomises luxury holiday rental accommodation and you’ll be forgiven for thinking you’re in a boutique hotel. King size bed and separate seating area with sofa and coffee table call you to relax over countryside views at the end of a long walk - either on the coastal path or the golf course. Also on this floor is a twin room with estuary views and these two rooms share a family bathroom. A double room on the second floor has an en suite shower room.
