One of Norfolk’s best-loved beauty spots and favourite harbours might be literally on your doorstep, but this lovely cottage provides a haven of relaxing peace and quiet. The minute you step inside you feel the stillness and light, inviting you all to kick back and relax.

Boat Barn Cottage dates right back to the 1800s and you’ll spot the original features – the elegant beams and flint surround fireplace come second to none. But this holiday home is also about relaxation in modern luxury. The main living area is spacious and open plan with a trio of sumptuously comfy sofas, impossible to resist. Delicate blues and yellows provide the backdrop with the occasional nautical touch reminding you that you are minutes from the sea.

Cooking promises to be anything but a chore in the stylish kitchen where grey and black combine to perfection. Modern appliances ensure ease and convenience. And if you fancy creating a little something al fresco, it couldn’t be easier on the gas barbecue in the garden. Here too, you’ll find yet more relaxation. The enclosed sunny garden makes the perfect spot to take in the pretty flint and brick façade as you sit back in the summer house.

All four bedrooms offer the sleep of kings in spacious luxury, again with just the right modern touches that ensure you relax in comfort. Bag your master suite on the upper floor where the views stretch across the salt marshes and yes, that is the sea on the horizon.

Boat Barn Cottage has three spacious bedrooms on the ground floor, two with en suite shower rooms plus one family bathroom. A further bedroom is upstairs, also with an en suite.

A fabulous cottage - location A1, well equipped, spacious, light, quiet (despite being so convenient for Blakeney) and the lovely garden. . Our party included my elderly parents and the ground floor layout was excellent for them. It's a beautiful property but still feels like a welcoming and homely base to return to after exploring North Norfolk. Highly recommended.

Beautiful and very comfortable house. Perfect space and layout for our multi-generational party (including dogs), with the property offering privacy and quiet areas if needed. Very clean, fully equipped and with a gorgeous interior. Lovely Welcome Hamper. Great location in the centre of Blakeney with parking !! There are super eating and drinking places all within walking distance and the Spar shop directly opposite was very useful for fresh breakfast croissants. We were also lucky enough to enjoy the afternoon sun in the lovely, secluded garden. Wonderful week away in a gorgeous setting and we all can't wait to stay again.

Very nice and comfortable cottage. If you like a log fire you need to take your own logs. Great location and the Kings Arm pub does great food. Also very handy having a Spar opposite the cottage.

Excellent location as the cottage is right in the centre of Blakeney but tucked away from passers- by and traffic. Very spacious living room which goes out onto a lovely patio and garden. Fabulous view out onto the marshes.
