You’re surrounded by elegance, basking in glorious Cornish light and enjoying the luxury of space and tranquillity that’s a given in your apartment. Relax and let yourself to be mesmerized and enchanted by Seaspell.

Cornish elegance

The binding spell starts as soon as you enter the modern open plan living space. The epitome of elegance, comfort and style greet you at every turn. Slatted windows bringing in all that clear Cornish light. Sumptuous sofas in the lightest of cream with fine blue and grey stripes invite you to sit while navy tapestry accents add just the right touch of contrast. An enchanting nook by the window with two chairs is placed just so to allow you to sit and contemplate life.

Move across to the dining area, the ideal space for fine food and conversation washed down with a little something chilled to perfection in the wine fridge in the galley kitchen. Here, elegance comes black and white and with all the appliances you could possibly need.

Style continues to the two lovely bedrooms. One haven for sleep offers a peaceful neutral palette with accents of soft greys and lemon. Meanwhile your other sleep haven goes for a splash of bold navy to remind you of the sea just down the path. Explore that later...

Flow outside into your garden, nestling amid the greenest of lawns. Breathe in deeply for a full dose of restorative Cornish sea air and bask in the warming rays of sunshine. And then take a walk to the perfectly picturesque Constantine Bay with its sands stretching ahead while the ocean tide breaks gently on the shore. Perfect for an invigorating early morning walk (followed by breakfast on the patio). A morning spent reading on the sands. Or an evening stroll as you watch the sun set over the Atlantic. And then the return to your sanctuary of elegance and a truly spellbinding holiday.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Both bedrooms have king size beds. One has direct access to the private courtyard as well as an en suite shower room. A wet room completes the accommodation at Seaspell.

The property is ideally located for Constatine Bay and local amenities. The apartment is clean and tidy and well stocked with everything you would need for a self-catering holiday. The fact you have two allocated car spaces is also perfect and the use of the shed for all the outdoor equipment are just a superb supplement. I would highly recommend staying at Seaspell but am reluctant to share as the secret will be out .. although I am sure it already is!

Mr S,

Lovely, well appointed holiday home in fabulous location. Cozy, comfortable, light and airy. Few minutes walk to beautiful quiet Sandy beach.

Mrs G,

Beautiful and comfortable apartment, excellently located for beach and amenities.

Mr L,

If you're looking for a traditional family beach holiday, Constantine Bay is hard to beat. With a wide, sweeping stretch of golden sand, it is one of those places that families return to year after year (and often generation after generation). A versatile area, Constantine Bay has something that will appeal to almost everyone, whether you're looking for an active holiday including surfing and other water-sports, a social gathering at the Trevose Golf Club, or a family- and dog-friendly holiday where you can spend all day on the beach, or walk for miles along the winding cliff paths found along this stretch of coastline. The beach allows dogs all year round, meaning that you don't have to leave your best friend at home when you holiday here. And, of course, the kids will love exploring the tidal rock pools and wide expanse of sand that has long made this beach one of the best-loved along this stretch of the beautiful North Cornish coast. A popular holiday destination for those 'in the know', the Bay attracts many groups of families and friends who often holiday together, turning the area into a little community within a community in the busy summer months.
