The Dunes is an imposing development of beachfront apartments overlooking the three miles of undulating, golden sands and sparkling sea at Perranporth Beach, which is accessed directly from its grounds. If you’ve not visited Perranporth before then it’s time you did as once you have visited you will understand why everyone enthuses about it. It’s all about the beach and the views here as the vast stretch of sand is easily accessible from the property, which is ideal if you have youngsters in tow and beach equipment to carry. It’s also the perfect place for an array of outdoor activities and where you can even try your hand at kite buggying. The coast path is literally on your doorstep and if you venture out you will be rewarded with some breathtaking views and stunning scenery. One of just a few all year round pet-friendly beaches in Cornwall, dogs also love Perranporth!

No 16 The Dunes is a ground floor apartment all on one level with three separate balconies from which to enjoy the panoramic views of the beach, dunes and surrounding coastline. Finished to a superior standard, with stylish bedrooms, luxury bathrooms, on-site parking and a fabulous open-plan living space, you are sure to fall in love and want to return time and again. The north coast of Cornwall is renowned for its spectacular sunsets and the balcony is an ideal spot to snuggle up and watch the sun go down whilst listening to the crashing of the waves and making plans for your days ahead.

With a choice of restaurants just yards away, including The Watering Hole right on the beach, the Summer House offering fine food in a glorious setting and a great selection of local eateries with varied menus all within walking distance, you could leave your car parked up all week and just relax.

Master Bedroom: Superking size bed (6'), bedside units, dressing table, separate dressing room. Private balcony with bistro set for two and sea views. En Suite Shower Room: Thermostatic shower with luxury rainfall head, basin, w.c., shaver point and heated towel rail.
Bedroom 2: Superking size bed (6') - (may be unzipped to form two singles - please order the format required at time of booking), bedside units, wardrobe, tallboy. Private balcony with bistro set for two and sea views.
Bedroom 3: Twin beds (3'), bedside units, wardrobe, tallboy.
Bathroom: Bath with thermostatic shower over, basin, w.c., shaver socket, heated towel rail.

GARDEN & PARKING: Three private balconies all with sea, dunes and coastal views. Communal garden areas with outside tap for washing down beach stuff. Allocated parking space in communal car park and further public parking available a short walk away.

NOTES: No smoking. WiFi provided. Mobile phone reception varies. The apartment is on the ground floor and reached by a wide, low sloping path however there is also access via the lift from the lower ground floor which is ideal for people with mobility restrictions.


The property had the most amazing view of the beach! It was spotlessly clean and had absolutely everything you could possibly need for your stay. The location was brilliant, not just for everything local, but it was a great base for visiting other beautiful towns like Mevagissey and Port Isaac etc. definitely 10/10

Being coming to Perranporth for over 20 years, decided to treat ourselves with this fabulous apartment with amazing views of the beach. It was beautifully furnished with three balcony’s all giving views of the beach and the sea. Ideally located with a parking space. Highly recommend this property.

We booked this property last minute for a 1 week oct/ nov break and we were so pleased with our booking that we extended our stay for a further week. The apartment was very clean with all equipment you would expect from a rental of this rating. The views from all windows and 3 balconies are stunning ! The ease of access to the beach and town is exceptional. The town has eateries, takeaway and a co-op for essentials.

This is a beautiful property, with brilliant access to the beach and amazing views. Being able to watch the beach fill up and empty, and watch the sun set over the sea from the balcony was a real highlight. Loads of space for six of us, and a really great holiday.
