Perranporth Paradise

This very special Cornish pad is all yours. On an elevated spot on the sand dunes at Perranporth Beach, this contemporary modern apartment takes special to a whole new level. It occupies a privileged position on the corner, affording you magnificent views of one of Cornwall’s loveliest beaches and of the town itself. Take a frontline seat for possibly the finest sunsets in England from almost wherever you are in the holiday home.

Your Perranporth paradise opens up to tons of glorious natural light, beaming in through all the windows – if they’re open, the sound of the surf on the shore just below breezes in. And everywhere you look, the blue, blue sea and miles of golden sands are almost at your fingertips.

The spacious living area comes open plan. The giant comfy sofa takes pride of place inside with a full view of the beach and ocean beyond. Floor to ceiling picture windows ensure you miss nothing and flow through to one of your terraces, a perfect spot for a little something. Morning coffee after a brisk stroll on the sands you’ll have almost to yourselves. Perhaps a leisurely brunch as you check the waves for surf potential. Maybe a little evening something as you watch the sunset in stunning reds and oranges.

Flow back inside to your deluxe kitchen, sleek in white and light grey with just a touch of chrome accents. Keep the chef company at the elegant breakfast bar before you sit at the dining table. Again with those breathtaking views.

Once outside, meander along the private footpath to the sands. These are for you all to enjoy including your four-legged friend who has the run of the beach all year round. Perranporth is literally on your doorstep too so no need to get in the car you’ve handily parked in your allocated space. And the apartment has plenty of room for all that essential beach gear including those surfboards.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

There are three spacious bedrooms, two with king-size beds and TVs and one with super-king-size bed (can be converted to two singles upon request), providing accommodation for 6 people. Two have private balconies and sea views. The master has an en suite shower room and there’s also a family bathroom.

the apartment is in the most amazing spot with truly wonderful views. The owners have been very thoughtful, when you arrive there are lots of little extra goodies, bread, eggs, milk - including a doggy welcome pack including a balll ! We sadly lost our dog 5 days before our visit, she would have loved it so much - it felt very sad without her.

What an amazing place! The views are stunning, everything you could want and more is provided, the welcome packs were lovely especially all the local produce. It was such a treat to have a cream tea on the balcony when we arrived especially as it was my 60th birthday too!The location couldn't be any more perfect and we spent most of the week on the beach or just looking at it! The games cupboard was a hit in the evenings with the whole family too. It is a special place to stay and make memories and none of us, dog included, wanted to leave. We hope to be able to return one day.

Wow.. we have stayed at a few Dunes apparments including tge penthouse and this is maybe the best. The equipment is amazing and the welcome pack for us and the dog was so lovely. The place was amazing and we felt honoured to be allowed to stay. ... worth the queue for the owners.... if you stay and read the history you will understand.

A beautiful apartment, kitted out to a high standard, very comfortable, fabulous location with beach and bars just a very small walk away. Have been before a couple of years ago, and by luck due to a cancellation we managed to get in again this year. Had a great time, and a lovely little welcome package for us and our dog Reggie. Would go again.

Doesn’t get any better than this place! The apartment was incredible, had everything you needed……plus more! We enjoyed many of the board games and jigsaws provided. The views across the beach were stunning and sunsets insane. Everything in easy access, great restaurants (No 4 bistro our fave) beautiful walks with the dog along the beach, a great space to spend time with family in the very best location. I booked next year whilst there……says it all! I’m actually jealous of all the lucky guests until we visit again, you’ll have the most wonderful time. ❤️

34 The Dunes is a beautiful apartment and very well furnished. The waterfall shower in the main en-suite is fabulous but we find it annoying that there is nowhere to place your soap, shampoo, etc. We appreciate the clean lines but some sort of tray/receptacle to keep everything off the floor would be great.

With my family I visit Cornwall two or three times per year, and we have rented some great houses and apartments. We all agreed however, is by far the best! Absolutely fabulous. Everywhere was super clean and cared for. The living/cooking/dining space has fantastic views over the beach and out to sea - mesmerising! Unfortunately, because of the inclement weather we were not able to take advantage of the wide and spacious balcony. But that didn’t spoil our stay as we often come down over the New Year period, we weren’t expecting sunshine. There didn’t appear to be anything that had not been carefully considered, right down to a spice rack!
