Description

First floor heaven. Prettiness at every turn, inside and out. From the views to the swallow-me-up sofas and the ultimately comfortable beds, you’ll want to stay a while.

Exquisite Exmoor

In the renowned Exmoor village of Lynmouth, reside in absolute comfort. Exquisite interiors, enviable views and a destination brimming with activities ensure a holiday to remember. The almost understated interiors ooze luxury. Contemporarily styled yet sumptuously comfortable and homely, welcome to Harbour View. An open plan sitting room, dining room and kitchen is bright with natural light from two French doors that lead on your canopied balcony. The calmness of your living space is accentuated by gentle blues and natural materials. The crisp white kitchen is close enough for that wine refill as you while away an early evening on the balcony soaking up the view, life below and even the sunset. From your first floor vantage point, you’re the envy of all.

The apartment comes with a parking permit but you might as well let your car have a rest too as your coastal setting provides so much to feed and entertain you all so delightfully. The village of Lynton is your gateway to the exceptional Exmoor countryside. Hop aboard the Lynton and Lynmouth Cliff Railway - the world highest and steepest water powered funicular - for a visit to neighbouring Lynmouth. The two villages offer myriad pubs and restaurants serving fresh local fare. Footpaths galore lead you along river and coast, woodland and the more challenging Valley of the Rocks. Exploring beyond the village into the expanse of North Devon there are surf beaches like Croyde within easy reach, or take a boat trip from the harbour itself.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

The two bedrooms comprise the master with its kings size bed and en suite shower room, and a twin. They are both furnished and decorated with the same exquisite flair you find in the living area. So once you’ve drawn yourself away from the view or the dark skies, bedtime will be a treat. The bathroom provides a bath for those seeking a soak after a long day exploring North Devon.

It was stunning, we didn't want to leave. It looked beautiful on your website and even better in reality. We had a wonderful holiday.

Mrs Louise B,

Exceeded expectations

Mr Alastair S,

Amazing property and amazing location. I feel the property itself and location was much better than expectation and given the appearance on the website.

Mr Christopher A,

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this wonderful apartment in a fabulous location. It was an amazing holiday. We have been to many cottages and apartments over the country, but this was one of the best for overall quality and location. Stunning. Enjoyed walking the many paths. Would recommend the Valley of the Rocks and on to the tea room at Lee Abbey and back along the high path. Also enjoyed Watersmeet, again returning across the high path. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Previous Customer,

We have had a lovely week in Lynmouth, where my parents came for their honeymoon in the 1940's. They cycled from Bristol by tandem! The apartment is very comfortable, spotlessly clean and in a great location. We loved the Valley of the Rocks and tea rooms there. Nice walk to Watersmeet too. We have not used the car once all week which has been great. Would recommend The Rising Sun for dinner and The Vanilla Pod at Lynton. The Crown at Lynton is also lovely for a quiet pint in the garden. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The Day family,
