Bathrooms and bedrooms


There are five bedrooms and three bathrooms with plenty of space for everyone. The first bedroom has twin beds, the second has bunk beds and the third has a king-size bed and day bed for one, plus an en suite shower room. Bedroom number four has a king-size bed and a day bed for one, and the fifth bedroom has twin beds. There is a family bathroom with bath and shower, plus a shower room.

Very well equipped and spacious house on the edge of the town, but still an easy enough walk from everything in Southwold. The house is particularly attractive for families with older children who can make good use of the excellent pool table and table tennis table. We had a very comfortable and relaxing stay.

Spacious house accommodates 12 well. Moderate walk to the pier/sandy beach and very pretty busy high street with good mix or brands and independent shops. Light house, pubs and a brewery. Weather was mixed, used the large coffee table for the Southwold jigsaw.
